Social Inclusion Badge

A special accreditation system created to award sports organisations (incl. youth organisations active in sports) that promote or carry out initiatives related to social inclusion through sports. This relates to organisations helping tackle human rights abuse and involving LGBTQs, refugees, ethnic and religious minorities into sport activities.

Here you can find special criteria to assess organisations’ involvement in such activities:

Has been actively organizing sport activities among socially excluded groups for the past 2 years (or more).

Can provide proof that activities effectively impact the socially excluded groups.

Collaborates with other organizations and communities to promote equal rights.

Actively shares their work with different communities, invites them to join events, workshops, training, etc.

Has set out plans for the near future to organize activities that will reduce social inequality.
